REQUIREMENTS FOR TATTOOS:

• A valid, government issued identification (driver’s license, ID card, passport) showing you are 18 years of age or older (it is illegal in California to tattoo anyone under 18).

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PIERCINGS:

 

**WE WILL NOT PIERCE ANYONE UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE.**

• A valid, government issued identification (driver’s license, ID card, passport) showing you are 18 years of age or older.  

• If you are UNDER 18, we require a parent/legal guardian to be present for the procedure along with the following:

  • Parent/legal guardian must have a valid, government issued identification

  • A birth certificate for the minor getting pierced

  • A photo ID for the minor showing the relation to parent/legal guardian (as listed on the birth certificate/legal documents).
